I have been going to Leanne’s zumba classes for just over a year now and I have just started BodyPump. Leanne is a great instructor and I enjoy the range of routines she teaches and the music she teaches too. The songs are always upbeat which makes me feel motivated to do the workouts. We often learn new routines and still revisit old ones which brings great variety to Leanne’s classes. Zumba has helped me in many ways, it had made me more confident and as a result I have met lots of new people and its great to all come together to have fun and keep fit. Thanks to zumba my legs have become more toned and trousers that i couldnt do up a few months ago are now too big, so Leanne’s classes must be working! When I started Zumba I loved it from the start and now I can move parts of my body I never thought possible again after having two kids and putting on a lot of weight. It’s brilliant for the simple reason is it doesn’t feel like exercise its just lots of fun and a good laugh but your losing weight and getting fitter at the same time so it’s win win in my eyes. In 4 months of doing Zumba I’ve gone from a 18 to a 12/14.

My name is Simon and I am 49 years old. I have been attending Leanne’s Body Pump and Combat classes for around 3 months now. Although I am usually the only male member of her class at Winners 2000 I never feel out of place. Leanne’s good natured enthusiasm is infectious and motivates you to challenge yourself without feeling under pressure. She helps you to work at your own capacity whilst setting new goals each class. She is great as ensuring your technique is correct whilst making sure you get the most out of the class. Attending Leanne’s classes keeps me motivated to get up and workout regularly and I can certainly see the benefits as I feel a lot healthier and stronger.

I’ve been coming to Winners 2000 since March 2012. I attend 4 to 5 classes a week ranging from Zumba to pump and combat. Since starting classes at Winners I have managed to lose and maintain a 2.5 stone weight loss and I feel much stronger and fitter than ever before. Leanne’s classes inspire me to push myself to the limits and really try and improve myself on a weekly basis. Her classes are challenging but fun and since beginning her pump class I am now able to lift double the weight I started with and her combat classes have dramatically improved my fitness and agility. As someone who has never really known where to begin when it comes down to the gym I would highly recommend trying a class at Winners 2000.
