Leanne offers nutrition plans to cater to all needs and goals. The standard nutrition plan comes with a 2 week Paleo clean up phase. The 2 week phase is designed to ‘hit the reset button’ on your body and how it utilises foods. The plan consists of whole, clean, healthy food and no gimmicks. With over 25 people signed up on the plan in 2014 the weight loss has been incredible. Once the 2 week phase is completed you will then receive a weekly menu that is designed to help you continue your weight loss journey whilst eating the food you love.
