      As an overweight teen Leanne was one to shy away from all things exercise related, however after a taste of group fitness Leanne became obsessed with the great results and feeling that accompanied many of the classes she now teaches.

      In the space of 4 years, as a result of participating in the classes Leanne now teaches; she managed to drop 4 stone and become the fit and health instructor she is today. Leanne now runs half marathons, teaches on average 12 – 14 classes a week and offers others her experience to others wishing to take the same journey as her.

      In 2011, Leanne qualified as a fitness instructor obtaining her level 2 certificate in exercise to music. Initially Leanne began with small scale classes such as Step aerobics and body conditioning but has since moved onto to bigger and better things.

      Since qualifying in exercise to music Leanne has gone on to qualify as a Zumba, BodyPump and BodyCombat instructor, as well as having a qualification in fitness kickboxing.

      A typical class with Leanne is fun and fresh and allows participants to burn calories and get quick results whilst having fun. Leanne teaches classes all over the south hams and has embarked on a new fitness journey as a fitness instructor at Winners 2000 gym in Paignton, where she continues to learn and grow and hopes to become a personal trainer.

    Leanne is a qualified level 1 crossfit coach and can create programmes and PT sessions concentrating on olympic lifting and crossfit training. Leanne has competed in many Crossfit competitions and uses her experience to create exciting, high intensity sessions that will improve your fitness, strength and agility
